One-Click BandsInTown Export
Export your tour dates directly to BandsInTown with a single click from the admin dashboard.
Managing tour dates across multiple platforms is one of those tasks that eats up time without adding creative value. Every event entered into BandsInTown means re-typing the same venue, date, and city information you already have in your admin dashboard. With our new BandsInTown export feature, that friction is gone.
From the admin events page, you can now click "Export to BandsInTown" to download a CSV file that matches the official BandsInTown Bulk Upload template exactly. The export handles all the formatting details automatically — country codes are converted to full names, dates are formatted correctly, and special characters are properly escaped. The file is ready to upload directly to BandsInTown 4 Artists without any manual editing.
Need to export only specific shows? Use the checkboxes to select the events you want, and the export will include only those. If nothing is selected, all upcoming events are exported. The system automatically filters out past events and placeholder dates, and respects BandsInTown's 25-event-per-file limit with a clear notice if any events are left out.
