One login for bookings and guest check-in

Hospedaje hosts now manage guest registration and one-click police check-in from the same portal that runs their direct bookings — one login, one language, no product juggling.

Accommodation owners in Spain already juggle enough: a booking calendar here, a legal guest-registration tool there, each with its own password and its own look. With the latest Hospedaje release, one of those seams disappears. The guest check-in module now lives right inside the same host portal that already runs a property's direct bookings — so an owner signs in once and sees everything for their property in one place.

Check-in is the part every Spanish host is legally required to do: collect each guest's details and send them to the national police lodging system (SES.Hospedajes). Until now that happened in a separate tool with a separate address and a separate login. From this release, it's just another card on the host's dashboard. Open it, and you get the full workflow — create a booking, share a registration link with your guests, review the details they submit, and send each registration to the authorities with a single click. A live status column shows exactly where each submission stands, and a three-year history keeps the audit trail the law expects.

Everything is in the host's own language — Spanish, English, or Dutch — and it inherits the portal's calm, consistent design, so there's no jarring switch between tools. Behind the scenes, each host only ever sees their own property's data, and sensitive credentials never leave the secure store. The old separate check-in address still works too: anyone who had it bookmarked is quietly redirected to the new home inside the portal.

For owners, the practical upshot is simple: fewer passwords, fewer places to look, and one cockpit for running a property directly — bookings and legal check-in side by side. It's another step toward the goal behind Hospedaje: giving small, independent hosts the kind of unified, commission-free tooling that used to be the preserve of the big platforms.
