Hospedaje hosts can now manage their own login

Forgot your password? Want to change your email? Hosts now handle it themselves — securely, in their own language, without waiting on us.

A login is only welcoming if you can look after it yourself. So the Hospedaje portal now hands that control to the host. If a password slips your mind, you ask for a reset link from the sign-in page, it arrives in your inbox, you choose a new one, and you're straight back in. The link only works once and quietly expires after an hour, so there's nothing lingering for anyone else to misuse.

Already signed in and just want to tidy things up? From your account you can change your password whenever you like, and you can move your login to a different email address. Changing your email asks you to confirm it from the new inbox first — a small step that makes sure the address really is yours — and you stay signed in the whole time, so nothing interrupts your day.

Everything here speaks the host's language, whether that's Spanish, English, or Dutch, right down to the emails. And as with onboarding, we never see or set a host's password at any point — it's theirs, start to finish.

This is the second piece of a larger effort to make the Hospedaje portal a calm, trustworthy home for every property owner we welcome. The first piece let us invite hosts properly; this one lets them take the keys and look after the place themselves.
