Hospedaje: a direct-booking + SES-compliance bundle for small Spanish accommodations

The Hospedaje landing page is live in preview — a website, a direct booking engine and SES.Hospedajes compliance, bundled for €79 a month.

Small rural-tourism owners in Spain pay around €100 a month to Chekin just to keep up with SES.Hospedajes (the police-registration system). On top of that, every Booking.com reservation costs them 15–18% in commission, and most of them are running on a half-broken website built years ago by a freelancer who has long since moved on. Three vendors, three bills, three logins — and one missed legal deadline away from a real headache.

Hospedaje is our answer to that. It's a single subscription that bundles three modules into one €79/month plan: a multilingual website hosted on our infrastructure, a direct-booking engine with no commission (synced both ways with Booking and Airbnb via iCal), and one-click SES.Hospedajes submission with each guest's check-in. Same numbers everywhere, one invoice, support in Spanish (and Dutch — Barry is Dutch, lives in Granada, and that turns out to matter for the small but growing slice of Dutch owners running B&Bs in southern Spain). The first paying property — Casa de Doña Concha in Ugíjar, Granada — has been live for a month and broke even on the switch from day one.

The landing page that explains it is now in preview at preview.visitalasalpujarras.es/hospedaje, in Spanish, English and Dutch. It's a single page: the offer, the math, a real case study, the pricing, and an FAQ that goes straight at the seven things owners worry about (is it legal? what happens to my Booking reservations? what about my existing domain?). The primary call-to-action is a 15-minute discovery call with Barry — no obligation, and if it turns out we're not the right fit he'll tell you which tool to use instead.

The full marketing site at hospedaje.io will launch once a few pre-launch assets are in place — Doña Concha's verbatim testimonial after our next visit to Ugíjar, a founder photo, optimised image variants for mobile, and the favicon set. In the meantime, the preview is open for review and feedback. If you run an accommodation property in Spain (or know someone who does), have a look — we'd love to hear what we got right and what we missed.
